Wingnut (who often inexplicably spells his name "VV!NGNU+" and somehow "talks" in pink) is a very peculiar and reckless vigilante. But according to the mayor's secretary, he's the best hero left in New York City. Wingnut's personality is full of self-confidence and stylish coolness. He claims to be quite the ladies' man, yet when push comes to shove he'll reveal that he's deathly afraid of "cooties." Decked out in a pink suit with a rainbow clown afro and a slick pair of shades, Wingnut is on the case to take out Arsenic.
When Wingnut is around, things start to get absurd and make no sense. Logic has no place in the world of Wingnut, and practically anything can happen with no logical explanation. Not much else is known about Wingnut's history, but he seems to be quite experienced in the hero biz, despite his apparent shortcomings.
